ORDERING INFORMATION
LARGE ORDERS
Please note all our products are subject to availability, so if you would like to place an order for more than 5 cakes please contact us before placing the order to check availability.
Notification
We require a minimum of 5 working days notice for all cake orders placed.
If you wish to order a bespoke wedding cake or a bespoke celebration cake with us, we would require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Cakes required sooner can be accommodated if there is availability but will be subject to a rushed fee of 25%.
The term “bespoke” means orders you wish to place that are not available via our online shop.
Phone Orders
Please note that we are able to take debit/credit card payments for orders over the phone.
Payments for telephone orders can be made in the following ways:
- Customers can be sent a link which will direct them to online payment
- BACS or direct transfer (for all BACS or direct transfer orders, we request payment is made minimum of 4 working days before your chosen shipping date to allow payment to clear)
OUR PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products
As all our baked products are handmade, the final product will vary every time. Please be aware that the images on our website are for display purposes only and are not fully representative of the finished product.
Please be assured all our cakes are baked to the highest standard and we never compromise on quality or freshness.
Storage
The following storage methods are our best suggestions, but our products are always best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery.
Cupcakes can be refrigerated in warm weather; we would suggest removing them from the fridge 1 hour before serving to ensure the best taste and texture.
In average temperatures we would recommend storing your cakes in a cool dry place and ideally in an air tight container.
We would recommend consuming your Cakes within 5 days of delivery.
Dietary Information
We cannot guarantee that our premises are 100% nut free, as we use marzipan products. However if we have a nut free cake order we ensure that no products containing nuts are used on the premises on the day of completing the cake.
